Prayer Calendar | Jordan & Syria
17 April - 23 April 2023
Pray for the Jordan Baptist Convention and the Baptist Convention of Syria, and for their members churches.
Pray for the churches and leaders of the unions — Samir Yacco, Nabeeh Abbassi, Shoun Shorrosh and Samer Batarseh.
Pray for Jordan and Syria and for its people.
https://5eurocasino.com is not where I expected my mind to wander while reading a prayer list, but the mention of Samir Yacco, Nabeeh Abbassi, Shoun Shorrosh and Samer Batarseh by name made me realize how often we pray for churches in general without ever holding specific leaders before God. Writing all four names out forces a slower, more deliberate kind of intercession that a vague "bless the region" never does. I have started keeping my own list of names from Jordan and Syria on my phone so I do not lose track between weeks.
