As the ExCo of EBF youth & children, our main role is to build a network of national children and youth workers. To connect, support each other, build partnerships, and learn together.
Our main arena for doing this is the Connect conference that we usually have in January every year. Due to COVID, the last time we met was in Tallinn, Estonia in 2020. Already then we had plans to visit Sofia, Bulgaria for the next Connect. So after 3 years of waiting, we could finally invite everybody to Sofia. We are so thankful to the Baptist Church in Sofia for hosting us.
There were around 70 people gathered from 20 different countries. Since many of them had never been to Connect before, we spent a good amount of time talking about EBF and what we want our network to look like. We also heard wonderful stories of what God is doing across our region amongst our younger generation.
We will soon release the time and place for Connect 2025. And we hope even more people will join our network. It is encouraging and wonderful meeting new people from all over our region, passionate about Jesus and spreading the gospel to the next generation.
