The hotel offers us special rates for extra nights if you are coming earlier or leaving later. We were asked to organise these payments ourselves, avoiding personal single payment interactions with the hotel. It is a big Resort with thousands of other guests, many staff; our council is just a small part of their responsibilities at the time.  Because of this we kindly ask you to provide very accurate details of your traveling plans dana@ebf.org, so Dana could organise you an invoice that you could pay to EBF by the bank transfer (we have both European and UK accounts).

EBF ExCo members (of current status) 5. 1 extra EBWU representative (delegated by the EBWU)  6. 1 extra YC committee representative (delegated by the YC) 7. 1 EBMI representative  Any other guests are considered as non voting participants.
