Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and optimise organisational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Manage financial resources, ensuring fiscal responsibility and sustainability.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, growth, and excellence within the team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a non-profit or religious organisation.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Passion for serving and empowering diverse communities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
