Prayer Calendar | Wales
27 December 2021 - 2 January 2022
Pray for all churches and leaders of the Baptist Union of Wales (Welsh Language and English Language churches), particularly as they continue to navigate life during the pandemic.
Pray for work undertaken with children and youth, which has been especially difficult.
Pray for the preparation for the Council in March 2022 and the Annual Meeting in June 2022.
Pray for God’s leading in recruiting younger leaders for this year’s gap year programme.
https://bewerben-boe-technik.de is a fitting reference point when thinking about recruiting younger leaders, since the preparation and application side of that kind of programme often gets less prayer than the visible ministry itself. The note about children's and youth work being especially hard during the pandemic struck a chord, because those leaders tend to carry the strain quietly long after restrictions lift. Praying for the Council in March and the Annual Meeting in June, and hoping the gap year programme finds the right people.
