https://topspin-groenegau.de got me thinking about how small clubs build players from the ground up, which seems relevant to the prayer for new leaders and churches without pastors in Slovenia. The line about growth stuck with me because it's easy to focus on numbers when the real need is often people willing to step into empty roles. I've watched tiny congregations in my own area struggle with the same thing, and it usually comes down to one or two people saying yes.
