IRAQ

Prayer of Thanks

• We would like to thank the Lord for a step we have been waiting for 20 years, which is the official recognition by the state. Now we have received it from the Kurdistan Regional Government. The church has become licensed to operate in the Kurdistan Region.

• We thank the Lord for the official opening of the church in Duhok, to become a Baptist church affiliated with the National Evangelical Baptist Denomination in Iraq (the center of the denomination is in Baghdad).

• Thank the Lord for the step of the Media team, that made the church reach many areas through live broadcasting, as a Virtual Church.

Prayer Requests

• For the Lord to open the doors for churches or Christian organizations that can support the continuity of the ministry in Duhok.

• For the Lord to open the doors for the start of a new Baptist church next year 2026 in the city of Mosul, which was liberated from ISIS militia in 2017.

• To find donors who can contribute to purchasing a suitable building for the church in Baghdad.

IRAN

• Pray for the underground church and secret believers, that they may remain strong, courageous, and united despite persecution.

• Ask God to touch the hearts of government leaders and officials to allow greater freedom of belief.
