Pray for the annual pastor family gathering weekend
In the second part of November, we hold our annual gathering for the pastors of the Baptist Union of Hungary this year with wives. Please pray for the more than 200 pastors, their ministry, and their spiritual and physical health!
Pray for Baptist Art Days in November
We organise this series of events for the umpteenth time, in approximately 100 different places manifold artistic and mission events will be held in our churches, schools and social institutes. Please pray that these events bring joy and the message of salvation to all the participants and the communities.
Pray for the Shoebox campaign
In the period of the advent for the umpteenth time, the Hungarian Baptist Aid organises its shoe box campaign together with the Baptist Union of Hungary. Everyone can create a little gift - in a Christmas-wrapped shoe box - for poor or orphan children, filled with candy, clothes, toys, stationery, books and so on. HBA collects these boxes and distributes them in and out of the country for many orphanages, social institutes, and family helper partners. Alongside the baptist many non-believers, families, kindergartens, and schools are creating and collecting these gifts. Tens of thousands of boxes are distributed each year. Please pray that these gifts bring joy and love to many children and that the many, many encounters that take place with donors and recipients could also be an opportunity to share the Gospel.
