Step Into a Year of Formation

The IBTS Apprenticeship Programme is a one-year, part-time opportunity for young adults aged 18–30 who are already active in their local churches, unions, or communities and have a growing interest in education, theology, and local mission.

Rooted in IBTS’s learning-centred approach, the programme is designed to support personal growth, local engagement, and active participation in the life and ministry of IBTS and the EBF.
