Prayer Calendar | Austria
Updated: Feb 1, 2023
30 January - 5 February 2023
Pray for the churches and leadership in the union especially in the lead up to the special assembly on 11 February. Pray for God’s clear leading in a situation of tension and disagreement and especially for unity at this time.
Pray for the Baptist churches throughout Austria as they seek the way forward in the post-pandemic era. Pray for wisdom as to the best way to serve their members and communities and to reach out to those around them.
The detail about praying specifically for wisdom in the post-pandemic era stood out to me, since so many churches seem to have quietly moved on without really rebuilding. I appreciated that the calendar names the tension around the special assembly honestly rather than glossing over it, which feels like a more grounded way to pray. It reminded me of how I try to approach small daily habits with care too, like the little routines at https://cosyanna.de that keep things steady when life feels unsettled.
